Please be sure to read over my terms of service!! Sorry if these are sorta scattered, I'll try to clean it up. (I will expand more on these later... one day...)
Last Updated: October 5, 2024GENERAL INFORMATION◇ By commissioning me you're agreeing to these terms!
◇ I reserve the right to use the final product in my portfolios and post them on social media unless an NDA/Wait time is agreed upon beforehand (subject to additional fees).
◇ I maintain ownership over all rights for any assets I make.
◇ Do not use my work for artificial intelligence/machine learning or anything NFT/Crypto related. :(
◇ please credit me (pretty please with a cherry on top)COMMERCIAL USAGE◇ All assets come with basic digital commercial rights, such as assets appearing on livestreams, social media, etc., unless otherwise stated.
◇ Do not use my work for any commercial usage (physical products, merchandising, etc.) unless we have agreed upon it beforehand, just reach out and we can come to an agreement (additional fees may be applied).
◇ If you're unsure or have any doubts of what falls under commercial usage, just ask me! :)PAYMENT (USD) & REFUNDS◇ Payment is only accepted via PayPal and will be sent through an invoice unless otherwise stated.
◇ (If I ever make a fanart for you, or you win a giveaway hosted by me, no payment is expected!!)
◇ Refunds will not be available once you receive the final product. This applies to Skeb/Surprise commissions.
◇ If I find myself unable to finish your commission or am going well beyond the time estimate, and you would like, you will receive a full refund.COMMISSION PROCESSNote: I am currently enrolled in university, so delivery times may vary! I will try to give you a rough estimate, but if I feel it will take too long for me to get to your commission, I may cancel it and fully refund you.◇ First, fill out a request form (see commissions page) or DM me on Twitter/X (@1clue)
◇ Once your idea/request is approved and a price is agreed upon, and at least 50% is paid up front, I'll start working on it! The final product will only be delivered once the price is fully paid.
◇ I'll send you drafts and updates as I continue to make progress and to ensure that we're both on the same page for the direction of your commission! (does NOT apply to Skeb/Surprise commissions!)
◇ There may be additional fees for multiple revisions or complex designs.
◇ I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, which will also include a full refund.
